I only saw 3 staff members working.

Kids enjoy it but it is always under staffed and last time we were there the water fountain was broken. More affordable than other jump places but smaller too. Warrior course is challenging but nothing special mostly upper body obstacles.

We fell in love with Defy Gravity when we first moved to the area 3 years ago, back when all it was was trampolines. We're grateful they've been able to keep up with the ever changing demands of high energy indoor fun! Trampolines will never get old, but the warrior course is certainly going to be a crowd pleaser for a long time. And as always, the prices remain competitive. We're looking forward to our next visit!

I cannot recommend this establishment as being safe, friendly, fun or fit for family entertainment. I think that I will start going someplace closer.

Seems over priced for what you get. The trampolines are too firm and not very fun to jump on. We loved the new ninja warrior section but find it weird that we have to pay for it separate from the trampoline time.

I don't think that the environment is very kid or family friendly at all. There really is no place, as a parent to actually watch your kids. With the exception of the concessions area. If you want to call it that... it's dirty, it looks run down, it has very little to no variety and it's not staffed. You have to go to the front counter to get someone to come back and get you anything. Oh! And they only have 2 monitors that only cover 3 1/4 of the bouncing area. So you still can't watch your kids unless they happen to be on the "right" side of the bounce area.

Like urban air or sky zone.

I will not make this mistake again!

Fun way to spend an afternoon to get wiggles out. The cost is what it is. The summer camps are a great value! The birthday parties are decent value. Their new warrior corse looks cool but it really shouldn’t cost what it does. The “sky box” is dirty and gross and really needs to be kept up better. Every table is dirty and the floor is unswept and sticky. It’s a nitpick, but when you’re sitting there to watch the kids jump, it’s unnerving to have to sit in filth.
