Food? Great.
Silence, comfort and movie selection? Really great.
This is a good place to see a movie but their tap house leaves something to be desired. The food is adequate but the prices are high. The wait staff is friendly but the food is slow. They have trivia on Monday and that's a lot of fun. I would recommend for a movie but not for food.
This is a very different movie experience. There are no previews and no concession lines. Every two seats share a table. Wait staff take your order. There is a full bar menu, pizza, appetizers, burgers fries, beer and the regular theater fare of popcorn and soda. Once the movie starts, no one is allowed in to avoid disrupting patrons. There is a zero tolerance cell phone policy.
Great service and in my opinion, the only place to see a movie! You don't have to get up to get refills on your soda, and there are free refills on your popcorn. The servers take great care of you! There's a full menu to choose from, so the only reason you need to get up during a movie is to go to the bathroom. They can pre swipe your card at the beginning of the night, so you don't have to pay your bill during the end of the movie. Highly highly recommend!
Attendance to the needs of disabled patrons? Needs major improvement. The already limited disabled parking spaces are also in ridiculously impossible to access locations from the sidewalk- it's unforgivable.
There is great food here for being a movie theater and great beer selection. Everywhere you go here is cozy, the bar/restaurant but especially the theater. Every movie you go to here you must show up a half hour before the Showtime as they serve you say your seat, and they want you to have food put in already and it makes it easier on the staff when is busy. Great service while watching a movie and they never disrupt your experience there, the staff are all great here. My favorite place to view movies.
I was also frustrated by the impossible to navigate seating that is supposedly set aside for disabled patrons. If you have a special way to remove a seat for an alternately seated patron you need to address that with them when they arrive at the theater not stand there and look at them trying to navigate steps with their walker and do nothing.
Service? Great.
This is a refreshing way to see movies, a more respectful and entertaining experience.
