We were in the store several visits first time was over an hour wait and was told that we would get credited $650 credit on my account and then was told that I would receive after buying out my phone the remainder on an American Express. First guy had an attitude when my dad was talking and was not very friendly second girl was very sweet and helped us out but was misinformed. When you switch from a service over to Sprint you DO NOT get $650 you can get up to which is what the signs says but I was getting told differently. Then when I called to inform the manager he was acting as if I took it wrongly or I was being dishonest. If you need help with things calling customer service are straight shooters and ended up crediting me and were AMAZING!
I did leave a good review a week ago or so but now I have to give Sprint Store in Brentwood Village Shopping Center one star. I'm very disappointed that my service was shut off earlier today with no explanation why when I have been a loyal customer for a couple months. I really enjoy the service but the customer service is lacking when I'm not being told something and the next thing I know my phone is being shut off. I have paid all my bills on time so I was shocked that my service was being shut off for no apparent reason other than an employee taking his anger out on my fiance whom used to work there as an employee. I believe there were other ways to go about this situation like when I went there to pay the cell phone bill. John had helped me that day and failed to tell me about this account. I did not know everything about the account because my fiance takes care of that. I wouldn't recommend this Sprint store unless you want employees lieing to you and hacking into your account. I was treated unfairly and on customer appreciation day I would think I would get more respect and if something needed to be changed on the account for it to have been taken care of that day and not to the point of shutting off my service in the middle of the day without a warning or a call from Sprint. Especially when I pay all my Sprint bills time! I wouldn't recommend being helped my John either he lacks in customer service skills. It's sad I was treated this way and I hope this reaches out to customers and the managers of Sprint. Be honest to your customers, give respect and excellent customer service. It's not that difficult especially if you want more than one star for reviews.

I was referred to the store to cancel a friend's cell phone which he had lost. Because he was hospitalized and in no shape to deal with this problem himself the authorized me to speak for him. The lead customer representative in the store was most helpful. He explained what had to be done to transfer his number to a new phone with another company. I later found out I needed the PIN number of the lost phone in order to transfer the number to a new plan. I called his representative the next day and since he remembered me the day before he graciously reset and gave me gave me the necessary pin number. This representative was courteous, knowledgeable and most helpful. Two thumbs up!
