This place does not give you answers that you need. If something is completely wrong they won't take the courage to refer you to other doctors or specialists that would be able to take care of the illness. The doctors here do not seem to care what is going on with your body. It is like they are more worried about taking your money than making you healthy and doing what it would take to get you the help you need. When you go back in for another appointment too, they say the same stuff. They say you have the same illness. They blamed everything on anxiety. It is unfortunate how it seems like these doctors do not care about your health. I will never send someone to CHI Health and I'm going to find a different doctor!
It's funny that one person would give a bad comment based on their experiences with one doctor at the location and think the others are the same. I do agree that there are some bad doctors out there but it's still your jobs to do research and find the doctor that you would want to go back to. For goodness sake it's your money and body. I have a preference doctor that I go to at this location, Dr. Erickson, and I can tell you that I've never had a bad experienced with all of my visits. In fact, the doctor even recommended me to other specialists that are really great as well. One of them even found the answer to my illness that I've mistaken for a common illness for so long. I would recommended this place. However, I do not like the front desk, there are days that they don't seem to be friendly and helpful much. But, I'm only there to see my doctor so I can tolerate that.
Went to what used to be called "Urgent Care" in this facility for sinusy-type stuff. The visit went fine and the staff was professional and courteous, but despite being assured a couple of times that my prescriptions would be sent to the right pharmacy, they weren't. This cost me time and money. A friend had a similar experience at this place recently, so we're not sure if prescriptions are prioritized to go to one pharmacy over another but we wish this place would get it right the first time.

I have been suffering with constipation for a month now and they haven't hello me with anything. I'm pretty sure they are waiting for me to have a bowel obstruction so they can can in on my pain.
